Pemmasani Santhosh Kumar Ethiraj, Born on October 27, 2002, in the village of Esalapuram, located in Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu, India I grew up deeply connected to my roots. The experiences of rural life have shaped my identity, my aspirations, and my unwavering commitment to transforming rural communities. My vision goes beyond business success—it is about building infrastructure that benefits the entire community. From developing farming initiatives, factories that create jobs, to launching welfare programs, sports clubs, and community development initiatives, my goal is to turn Esalapuram into a self-sustained, thriving ecosystem.

I am committed to bringing change to my village and other rural areas, believing that rural India holds untapped potential waiting to be harnessed. While Chennai has provided me with opportunities for growth and learning, it is the foundation of my roots that motivates me to scale my impact in the villages. Through Spinacle, I am leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence and data to innovate within the healthcare space, particularly focusing on cancer care. Xecure⁺, our flagship platform, integrates insurance, medical loans, and hospital payments to provide affordable treatment solutions for cancer patients. Our work in AI-powered financial solutions aims to reduce financial stress and improve treatment access, enabling patients to focus on recovery rather than dealing with complex financial barriers.

At the heart of my mission is the belief that we can create sustainable ecosystems where rural India can thrive, with access to quality healthcare, affordable education, and job opportunities. I aim to scale these efforts, using the success of Spinacle to fund ventures in various sectors, such as healthcare, agriculture, and technology, all with a focus on rural development.
